Yu Xun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Muping County, Shandong Province. He was born in 1952, entered the work force in 1971, and joined the CPC in 1974. He serves as Deputy Secretary of CPC Hainan Provincial Committee since 2007. On February 2011, he is Chairman of CPPCC Hainan Provincial Committee.
