Yi Xiaozhun, male, Han Nationality, was born in 1951 and is a native of Changsha, Hunan Province. He is a member of the CPC and holds a bachelor’s degree and the rank of Senior Economist. He has been a vice minister in the Ministry of Commerce since 2005. His portfolio covers the Department of International Trade and Economic Affairs, the Department of WTO Affairs, the Policy Research Department, the China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges, the China Association of International Trade and the China Society for World Trade Organization Studies.
