Xu Weiguo, male, Han nationality, is a native of Gaizhou City, Liaoning Province. He was born in 1955, entered the work force and joined the CPC in 1974. He was Deputy Secretary of CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee Discipline and Inspection Committee. Since 2003, he is Vice-Governor, Liaoning Province and in 2013 he became Deputy Secretary of the Liaoning CPC Provincial Committee.
