Biography

Wang Taihua, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xingguo, Jiangxi Province. He was born in 1945, joined the work force in 1969 and joined the CPC in 1973.

Wang has held Party positions in the CPC Committees of Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, Anhui Province, and Hefei City. In 1999 he was elected governor of Anhui Province.

Wang Taihua was an alternate member of the 14th and 15th CPC Central Committees and was a member of the 16th CPC Central Committee. He served as Director of the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television from 2004 - 2011. He is currently a member of the 17th CPC Central Committee.
