Tian Chengzhong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Feicheng City, Shandong Province. He was born in 1954, entered the work force in 1971, and joined the CPC in 1979. From 2004 to 2008, he was Secretary of CPC Xiangfan City Committee of Hubei Province. Since 2008, he is Vice-Governor, People’s Government, Hubei Province.
