Shi Jiliang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Beijing. He was born in 1945, and graduated from the Central Institute of Banking and Finance. He held various posts in the Agricultural Bank of China, and he became vice-chairman of the China Banking Regulatory Commission in 2003.
