Shen Minggao, male, Han nationality, is a native of Tongxiang City, Zhejiang province. He was born in 1965. Dr. Shen received a doctorate in economics and a master's degree in international policy from Stanford University, a master's degree in development economics from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and a B.A. in agricultural economics from Nanjing Agricultural University.
Dr. Shen's interests include corporate finance, development economics, comparative analysis and China's transitional economy. He has published a large number of articles in academic journals, including the Journal of Development Economics and the Journal of Finance Studies. He is assistant professor of the China Center for Economic Research of Beijing University.
