Biography
Shao Yan, male, Han nationality, was born in 1954, graduated from Shandong University, and received his MBA degree from the Guanghua Management School of Beijing University. He studied television satellite technology in Australia and Japan.
Shao managed companies in radio, television, film, finance, securities, telecommunications, and the internet, acquiring experience in domestic and international capital markets. He has extensive knowledge of satellite broadcasting and communications, digital communications, and internet and multimedia technology. Shao became managing director of the China Equity Company in 2004.
