Biography
Qiu Xiaoxiong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Luchuan County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. He was born in 1955, and graduated from Beijing University in 1982. He served as director of the prime minister's office of the State Council in 2003, and he was elected as a deputy secretary-general of the State Council in 2008. In 2011 he became Deputy Director of the State Administration of Taxation.
