Qian Fenyong, male, Mongolian nationality, was born in l930 in Jungar Banner, Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region. He joined the CPC in l948. He was Chairman of the CPPCC Inner Mongolian Autonomous Regional Committee a member of the 8th and 9th CPPCC National Committees.
