Biography
Meng Fulin, male, Han nationality is a native of Hanshan County, Anhui Province. He was born in 1933, joined the CPC in 1953, and received some college education.
Meng served as secretary of CPC committees in two counties in Anhui Province before becoming vice-governor of the province. In 1998, he became chairman of the standing committee of the 9th Anhui Provincial People's Congress.
Meng was a delegate to the 15th CPC National Congress and a deputy to the 7th, 8th, and 9th NPCs.
