Lu Mai, male, Han nationality, is a native of Beijing. He was born in 1947, and graduated from the Beijing College of Economics. He is vice-president of the China International Association for Development, vice-chairman of the China Association for Promoting International Cooperation in Agriculture, and member of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Lu Mai became secretary-general of the China Development Research Foundation in 1998.
