Biography

Lu Hao, male, Han nationality, is a native of Changli County, Hebei Province. He was born in 1947, joined the work force in 1968, and joined the CPC in 1981. Lu graduated from Lanzhou University in 1982.

Lu held positions in the CPC Provincial Committee of Gansu in the mid-1980's, and in 1994 he served as head of the Organization Department. On January 17, 2001 he was elected acting governor.

Lu Hao was an alternate member of the 15th CPC Central Committee and a member of the 16th CPC Central Committee. He was Secretary of the Gansu CPC Provincial Committee from 2006 - 2011. He is currently a member of the 17th CPC Central Committee and Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the NPC.
