Biography
Liu Zishou, male, Tibetan nationality, is a native of Luhuo County, Sichuan Province. He was born in 1942, joined the CPC in 1964, and graduated from the National Cadres Institute of Ganzi Tibetan Prefecture of Sichuan Province. Liu was elected deputy director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Sichuan province in 1995. He was deputy to the 10th Sichuan Provincial People's Congress.
