Liu Xinle, male, Mongolia nationality, is a native of Tumd Left Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. He was born in 1961, entered the work force in 1983, and joined the Jiu San Society in 2004. From 2007 to 2008, he was Chairman of Jiu San Society Inner Mongolia Committee. Since 2008, he is Vice-Chairman, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
