Liang Rongxin, male, Han nationality, is a native in Hulan, Heilongjiang province. He was born in 1941, and graduated from the Beijing Agricultural University in physics. He is a member of an alliance of the China Democratic League, and a professor. Liang has spent his career at Northeast China Agricultural University, where he became vice-president in 1994. He is currently vice-president of the CPPCC of Heilongjiang province.
