Biography
Lian Ji, male, Han nationality, is a native of Qinyuan, Shanxi province. He was born in 1955, and joined the CPC in 1975. Lian is a university graduate. Lian began his career as secretary of the
Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region CYLC Committee, where he served until 1989. Subsequently he served two terms as vice-mayor of Hohhot city.
Lian Ji was vice-chairman and member of the leading Party group of the Inner Mongolia Regional Government in 2003.
