Biography
Li Xiansheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wuhan, Hubei Province. He was born in 1954 and joined the CPC in 1973.
Li has been a standing committee member of the Wuhan Municipal Committee and director of its publicity department. He was also secretary of the work committee and deputy director of the administration committee of the Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Area.
In 2011, he became Deputy Secretary of CPC Hainan Provincial Committee.
