Biography
Li Tielin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Changsha, Hunan province. He was born in 1943, joined the CPC in 1980, and graduated from Tsinghua University. He is an engineer. He held leading posts in the organization department of the CPC Central Commission. He was a member of the 16th CPC Central Committee and served as director of the organization department of the CPC Central Committee from 2002 - 2007.
