Biography
Li Shulei, male, is a native of Yuanyang City, Henan Province. He was born in 1964, entered the work force in 1984, and joined the CPC in 1986. Li graduated from Beijing University with a Bachelor Degree in 1982, a Master Degree in 1984, and a doctorate degree in 1989 majored in Chinese literature. He was Head of Publicity Department of CPC Provincial Committee of Fujian Province from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, he was Secretary of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee Discipline Committee. Since Jan. 2017, he is Deputy Secretary of CPC Central Committee Discipline Committee.
