Li Pengde, male, Han nationality, is a native of Nanyang City, Henan Province. He was born in 1962, graduated from School of Geodesy and Geomatics of Wuhan University in 1983. From 2009 to 2011, he was Director of Mapping Satellite Application Center of the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping Surveying. From February 2011, he is Deputy Director of the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping.
