Biography
Jiao Meiyuan, female, is a native of Jilin City, Jilin Province. She was born in 1962, entered the work force in 1983, joined the CPC in 1988, and graduated from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology with a Bachelor Degree in 1983, with a Master Degree in 1989. From 2007 to 2008, she was Director of Forecast and Reduce Disasters Department of China Meteorological Administration. Since 2008, she is Deputy Director, China Meteorological Administration.
