Hao Mingjin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jiaxiang County, Shandong Province. He was born in 1956, graduated from Department of History of Shandong Normal University with a Bachelor Degree in 1982, from Department of History of Northeast Normal University with a Master Degree in 1985, from China University of Political Science and Law with a Doctorate Degree in 2004. Since December 2007, he serves as Vice-Minister of Ministry of Supervision.
