Gao Fengtao, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xiping County, Henan Province. He was born in 1959, joined the CPC in 1982, graduated from Lanzhou University and entered the work force in 1983. Since 2004, he is Deputy Director of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council.
