Feng Cui, female, Han nationality, is a career diplomat. She began as an interpreter at the UN and later became chief of the office of the Foreign Ministry in Hong Kong. For five years she served as counselor to the Chinese Delegation to the United Nations.
Feng is also active in various women's groups in China.
