Fan Zhaobing, male, was born on 1958 in Hubei Province, Tianmen City. He studied at Huazhong Agricultural University and joined the CPC in 1981. He worked in the Ministry of Agriculture before taking on local party postions in Chongqing.
In 2004, he became Secretary-General of the Chongqing CPC Municipal Committee.
