Ding Shaoxiang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yuxi City, Yunnan Province. He was born in 1956 and entered the work force in 1973. He was Secretary General of People’s Government of Yunnan Province from 2006 to 2012. Since 2012, he is Vice-Governor, People’s Government, Yunnan Province.
