Chen Yunxian, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanghang City, Fujian Province. He was born in 1955, entered the work force in 1973, joined the CPC in 1975, graduated from Fujian Normal University with a Master Degree in 1986, and graduated from Beijing University with Doctorate Degree in 1991. Since 2011, he is Vice-Governor of Guangdong Province.
