Chen Xiansen, male, Han nationality, is a native of Feidong County, Anhui Province. He was born in 1952, entered the work force in 1968, and joined the CPC in 1973. From 2007 to 2012, he was Director of Finance Department of Anhui Province. Since 2012, he is Deputy Director of Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee of Anhui Province.
