Biography

Chen Ruiqing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Beijing Municipality. He was born in 1941, received higher education, and started to work in Sept. 1965. He is a member of the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party. Chen has held leading posts in Inner Mongolia, including serving as vice-mayor of Hohhot city. He was elected vice-chairman of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional People's Congress in 1998. He served as chairman of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Committee of the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party Central Committee until 1998, and also served as a member of the standing committee in the same year.
