Biography
Chen Guoling, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wafangdian, Liaoning province. He joined the PLA in 1968. He was promoted to the rank of lieutenant general in 2006. He served successively in Shenyang Military Region, Guangzhou Military Region and Nanjing Military Region. Chen is currently a member of the 17th CPC Central Committee and Political Commissar of the Nanjing Military Region.
