Bao Hong, female, Han nationality, is a native of Jinan City, Shandong Province. She was born in 1952 and graduated from Fudan University in 1978. From 2005 to 2009, she was General Office Director of China Science Association. From 2009 to 2014 she was Deputy Director of the State Intellectual Property Office.
