Biography
Bai Zhijian, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wuhan City, Hubei province. He was born in 1948 and graduated from Xiamen Aquatic Product Institute, he started work in 1968 and joined the CPC in 1976, ha was a senior engineer. From 2002 to 2014 he was Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region.
He was a member of the 16th and 17th CPC Central Committees.
