Biography
An Min, male, Han nationality, is a native of Suide, Shaanxi province. He was born in 1945, graduated from the International Relations Institute, and joined the CPC in 1979. An has specialized in import-export and Taiwan relations. He served as director of the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Trade until 2001.
An Min was appointed vice-minister of the Ministry of Commerce in 2003.
