Zhou Su, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wangjiang, Anhui Province. He was born in October 1949 and graduated from the political economy program in the Political Economy Department of Nankai University in 1974. He completed coursework in the master's program of the Law Department of Beijing University in 1989. Zhou joined the CPC in 1972.
