Zhou Shuchun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. He was born in 1958, entered the work force in 1976, joined the CPC in 1984, and graduated from Department of English, with English and International News double major, from Shanghai International Studies University in 1986. Since 2003, he is Associate Editor-in-Chief of Xinhua News Agency. Since 2007, he is Vice-President, Xinhua News Agency.
