Biography Highlight

Zhou Mubing, male, was born on 1957 in Chongqing Municipality. He was a student at Chongqing Normal College, received a Master's Degree from Sichuan Finance College, and a doctorate from Renmin Unversity. He spent much of his career at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China before becoming Vice-Mayor of Chongqing. A position he still holds.
