Zhou Jian, male, Han Nationality, was born in 1953 and is a native of Liangshan, Shandong Province. Zhou began to work in 1970 and joined the CPC in 1975. He holds a master of law degree. He has spent most of his career at the State Environmental Protection Administration and in 2008 he became Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
