Zhao Hongzhu, male, Han Nationality, was born in 1947 and is a native of Inner Mongolia. He began to work in 1965 and joined the CPC in 1969. He Graduated from the Party School of the Central Committee of the CPC. He started his political career as a People's Liberation Army officer and then he worked at various local party posts in Inner Mongolia.
