Biography Highlight

Zhang Yuzhong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wujin, Jiangsu province. He was born in 1942, joined the CPC in 1960 and joined the PLA in 1961. Zhang was promoted to the police rank of major general in 1993, and promoted to the police rank of lieutenant general in July 1997. He was elected deputy political commissar of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force in 1996.
