Biography
Zhang Lianzhen, female, Han nationality, is a native of Jianhu County, Jiangsu Province. She was born in 1951 and joined the CPC in 1973. She graduated from the Biology Department of East China Normal University and attended the graduate school of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. She is an alternate member of 17th CPC Central Committee , Deputy Secretary of the Jiangsu CPC Provincial Committee, and Chairman of the Jiangsu CPPCC Provincial Committee.
