Biography Highlight

Zhang Guoqing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Luoshan County of Henan Province. He was born in 1964, joined the CPC in 1984 and started to work in 1985. Zhang graduated from Economics Management Institute of Tsinghua University with a Doctorate Degree in Economics in 2004 and he is also a senior engineer. Since 2008, Zhang serves as General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Leading Party Party of the China North Industries Group Corporation ((NORINCO). He is currently an alternate member of the 17th CPC Central Committee.
