Biography
Zhang Guobao, male, Han Nationality, was born in 1944 and is a native of Zhejiang Province. He graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Xi'an Jiaotong University and joined the CPC in 1966. He is a senior engineer.
He served as Director of the National Energy Administration from 2008 - 2011. He is now Vice-Minister of the State Development and Reform Commission.
