Biography
Zhang Daili, female, Han nationality, is a native of Chengwu County, Shandong Province. She was born in 1954 and joined CPC in 1974. Zhang was graduated from the Party School of the CPC Municipal Committee Wuhan Municipality. She is an Alternate Member of the 17th CPC Central Committee and currently serves as Vice-Governor and member of the Party Group of People’s Government Hubei Province.
