Biography
Zhai Hongxiang, female, is a native of Beijing municipality. She was born in 1946, and joined the CPC in 1970. Zhai is a graduate student, senior auditor and senior political work lecturer. She was a member of the 8th CPC Beijing Municipal Committee. Zhai held leading positions in the Beijing Municipal Auditing Bureau and the Beijing Local Taxation Bureau. She is vice-mayor of Beijing, and member of the standing committee of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee.
