Biography
Yue Xicui, female, Han nationality, is a native of Tai'an, Shandong province. She was born in 1949, and graduated from the Second Reserve Army School of the Air Force. She is a major general. Yue served as deputy chief of staff of the Guangzhou Military Region until 2002. She is an alternate member of the 16th CPC Central Committee.
