Biography
Yuan chunqing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Hanshou County, Hunan Province. He was born in 1952, entered the work force and joined the CPC in 1971. He graduated from Law Department of Beijing University in 1980 and earned his Doctorate Degree from International Business School of Hunan University in 1998。He served as Secretary of CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee and was Governor of Shaanxi Province from 2007 to 2010. Currently, he is Member of 18th CPC Central Committee and Secretary of CPC of Shaanxi Provincial Committee．
