Biography Highlight

Yu Youjun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Feng County, Jiangsu province. He was born in 1953, entered the work force in 1971, and joined the CPC in 1976. He obtained a doctorate of philosophy degree from Sun Yat-Sen University in 1999. Yu was elected as vice-governor of Hunan province in 2003, and he became governor of Shanxi province in 2005.
