Biography
Ye Rutang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wenling County, Zhejiang province. He was born in 1940, joined the CPC in 1965, and graduated from Tsinghua University. He served as vice-minister of the Ministry of Construction until 1998, and he was appointed vice-chairman of the environmental protection committee of the NPC in 2003.
