Yang Yue, male, Han nationality, is a native of Anshan City, Liaoning Province. He was born in 1968, graduated from Tsinghua University with a Bachelor Degree in 1986, and a Doctorate Degree in 1996. He served as Member of the Secretariat of the CYLC Central Committee from 2001 to 2005, Executive Member of the Secretariat of the CYLC Central Committee from 2005 to 2008.
